I ordered two creams as a special offer at £3 and £3.01 respectively. These were charged to my credit card account and delivered without problem. A further amount was taken to the value of $98.78 (£60.71) for no reason as I had not ordered any other product or received any. I now believe that I have been
defrauded and would like to know what steps I am able to take to rectify the situation. Janet Jackson.
