I paid for 2 ceramic items that I ordered over the internet. I received an email with confirmation number and shipping date of 14 days. I called 14 times and sent 4 emails and have not heard anything from this company. When I call it goes to an answering machine that states they are helping other customers and to leave your name and phone number and they will return you call. I am frustated and angry. The order was for almost $50.00
