A seller of precious metals. I have ordered many times and have always been satisfied. Ordered on 10/03 and was charged sales tax for the first time.
When i called they told me they now have a new office on wall street and have a new tax collection policy, if you order less than $1000. They now collect tax from you.
Since I ordered $936.50 i was charged tax. They did not even give me the option to increase my order to avoid the tax. Since I already sent the check and gave them my credit card as a guarantee I am literally quite SCREWED by this once good company.
Dont order anything from them!!!
