"Purchased" a pair of shoes. Paid via Paypal. Today, 2 weeks later, received a tiny cheap kitchen sponge.initially I had no clue where it came from and why... I put things together, thank God. Called PP immediately. Within 5 minutes they refunded my PP money. I am happy with PP for their immediate action. I am amazed that this company is still using PP, but who knows, maybe they keep changing their PP accounts and it's tough to be hunted down.
