I ordered a pair of running shoes and 2 packages of socks from onlinestorepuma on Monday. Haven't received a confirmation email for my order. I emailed them 3 times requesting order confirmations, some one to contact me etc. But still have not heard anything from them. They only have an email address and no phone number.
I'm pretty sure they have charged my credit card, as there is a charge pending on my account for that dollar amount, but just waiting for my bank to post my transactions.
I'm now going to have to call my credit card company to try to sort this all out. I'm so angry!!
