After I have seen their advertisement in the Internet offering a free sample for one month which incidentally I never received and today I received a parcel for another month supply but saw on my statement that I was charged on September 5th with £49.95. After I had not received the sample, I did not order another supply and want my monty back now, but so far I have not been able to find either telephone number nor email address, but will have another go. I can only warn people never to ask for a free sample from because it does not seem to be free.
