On 9/7 a check was trying to be processed against my account for $99.49 for a coupon savings membership club that I did not sign up for. This caused an overdraft fee with my bank and was charged $29.00 NSF (Non-Sufficient Fee) on 9/11. I called PMCCLUB on 9/7 and asked who they were and informed them that I did not sign up for any coupon memebership club. I asked them to cancel the subscription and do not process the check again. On 9/21; the check was processed again and went through for $99.49. I called them again and informed them that I had spoke with a Sam on 9/7 and requested that they cancel the membership and not process the check again or I would contact my bank and inform them it was fraud. They informed me that I would be sued if I took it to my bank; that they had a return policy and I had to fill out the paperwork and that they would determine if I was within the time frame of canceling the subscription within the 5 day window. I called back 5 days (10/3) after sending all information to them requesting my refund; only to get a run around from them about my refund. I had to answer their questions, about my identity, my address, my social security number, give them my phone number, and my date of birth. At that time I became irriate with them and informed them I would be contacting the FBI, the Attorney General, and my local police department to file a complaint against them. Teh gentlemen hung up on me and then called my work number back, but left no message.
