I cannot recommend this attorney for the following reasons:

1. Practices unethically - lies in court, to the judge and in documents
2. Lies to his peers (other attorney's) and has a reputation in the Orange County Court System of lying to his peers. Also has a reputation of not having a good grasp of current family law and has to have it explained to him during court proceedings in front of the judge.
3. Encourages his clients to engage in unethical tactics such as hiding assets, lying, witholding, perjury, stealing etc.
4.increases the combativeness and negativity between clients
5. Sloppy paperwork and generally does not like to do "the work" to build a case
6. Manipulates facts, values, documents
7. Focuses on how to make a case more difficult and increase expenses of all parties verses promoting equitable settlement.
