Never sent my merchandise

I ordered 2 pairs of flipflops, (really cool ones, expensive too); and never got them.

When i call the company - and, believe me, the phone number is not easy to come by-it takes alot of wrangling just to get IT! They just placate me and say "Oh it hasn't shipped yet-it'lll go out MON."

After hearing this numerous times, I decided to tell it like it is.

I got ripped off!

Now i cant find the phone number and cant call them. I"m really frustrated and angry.
