I too received the exact mailing on October 1. Mine also asks for a $20.00 processing fee that had to be met by 10/04. Even if I got it out in the mail by 10/02 a
I highly doubt that they would receive it by that deadline which means to me they'd be able to keep your money and you'd receive nothing. Sounds like a scam to me. How can organizations take advantage of people like this and still be able to sleep at night.
