Hydra Financial Limited Fund II

I just found out today that this company, Hydra Fund has been taking money out of my account since 6/12. They have taken $90 every two weeks up to today, totaling $720 in payments. My bank has did some investigating and found that the company deposited $300 in my account on 6/12, which I never asked for. I never knew about this, since I have money going in and out constantly. I have contacted the company, which is in New Zealand, and was told there was nothing I can do. The representative, Ronnie, stated she would have a mangager contact me. Can someone please tell me how to handle this the right way?
