And they would send it by bonded federal carrier as soon as they received my tracking form along with $20.00 Well, I learned a long time ago all about these scams but the sad thing is that people like my mother (suffering from dementia) are taken in by these kinds of unscrupulous people. It's time to send them a message - Express Notice of course.
