Took advantage of an on-line promo to try a new cream for the cost of shipping. When it arrived I had to pay $28.14 in duty (I live in Canada) only to find out the product was made in Canada!
I immediately emailed (the toll free number didn't work) requesting my account be cancelled on the same day and a refund issued. Less than 30 days from receipt of the product my VISA card was charged $70.11. After a call to VISA - who has had many complaints against this comapany, I put a stop payment on my card for any further payments from Bellaplex and I was given a telephone number to call. The operator was very abrupt, did not listen to what I was saying and said that if I did not pay the balance owed on the product that I'd have to deal with collections...
