Was rung up following a loan application that I made a few weeks ago, they told me that I had been accepted and that I could have funds transferred today, I just needed to pay the months payment before I get the loan as I have a bad credit rating to prove that I can pay it each month. I stupidly did this and made the payment they then transferred me to someone else who told me I then had to pay a £290 transfer fee that will be refunded straight away and added to my loan payout, I refused and told them they were taking the piss and that I would be reporting them to the financial obundisman, she said thats fine, we are a regulated company
