Christopher Lawrence and Hayley Diehl prey on the elderly. These 2 people made friends with a 90 year old lady. They brought their 2 children around and stopped by almost daily and befriended her, she baked cookies for the children and paid him to do some work around her house. As time went on she grew very fond of them and the children. One day he came by very distraught and told her a story about not having any money for food for them and the kids. She wrote him a check. A couple of days later he came over again with another sob story and asked to borrow some money again. Feeling sorry for them she wrote him another check. The total amount was around $700. This happened quite a few months ago and no money has been repaid nor have they been around to see her again. She does not want to report this to the police because her health isn't good enough to withstand a legal situation. Please be careful with these 2 people they look and act very sweet and nice, but are cunning criminals...
