They charged $61.47 to my Capital One credit card for a USA Grant Kit, which I cannot use as I live in Canada. I would like to cancel this purchase and charge to my credit card. My first discovery of this purchase showed up on credit card bill even though I have received nothing in the mail in the way of a grant kit.
