I completed a survey to receive an e-cig starter pack for $5, then received a debit one month later for a membership fee. This company gets away with it because it is disclosed on their website but I didn't order mine from a website it was a survey page. I tried to call AND email and have fied a claim with my bank to get them to not allow this company to debit my account anymore.
