Mojang has completely ignored my emails to kindly fix my account and my payment because they charged me twice and i got no premium. The first week on August 25 when I bought Minecraft it was perfectly fine then after that week I couldn't play Minecraft anymore and I still had the payments on there. I have been waiting over a month now and they still ignore me. I would like to report them for poor customer service and charging me twice
