I understand that you as a company can not screen all Activites even when its kids doing it. But on the Sep 23 my 15 year old son was able to get on your site and set up a account. On Sep 24 I called your customer service dep and told them what he did and they cancled it. Well some how I was charged for it again and when I called them this morning Sep 30 8:00 Am I was told that some how the account was activated again... They once again stoped it but told me they could not refund my money I needed to contact you this way. Im very un happy that a minor is able to just get onto your site and see the things he can see. I dont wishto make probs for you but I would really like my $ back since i have already gone out of my way to cancel and yet this still happened. My eamail address that he used was (Personal Information Removed) and the last 4 of the card used was (Personal Information Removed).. I have read alot of the commets other have wrote about probs with you guys. I pray and have fath that because it was a minor and because I have already called you guys yet you really didnt delet and block the account from hikm you guys will be prompt about my refund.
