Approximately 8:15AM Sat. 9/29 I ordered a plant to be delivered to funeral service in Key West, FL. Totalling $52.47. At the end of the order there was an additonal $30.00 charge placed on my bill without my consent, to join their club. I immediately called and cancelled the order and received email confirmation of the cancellation. Later that day I received another email stating that they delivered the flowers 3 hrs later anyway. I feel that this company is misrepresnting itself to the unsuspecting public and I should not have to pay for something that I cancelled and received cancellation notice. This is robbery!!!
