I had 39.63 taken out of my checking account as authorized. Was not! Will file with bank. See many people caught same way. HOW can this happen when checking account information is accessed. Who else can we go to?

They accessed my checking account without permission. They charged my credit card that I authorized then accessed my checking acount and charged me again. They refunded my money but it will take 7-10
