I've pre ordered an item on this website:

In their own website they have 3 promises

Which are all broken.

1st promise
"We will charge ONLY when we ship"
Lie, they charged me right away in a pre order.

2nd promise
"We will definitely listen to and answer your refund requests"
Lie, I've been trying to get my money back since late june.
They ignore e mails and never pick phone call.
Even the address looks fishy.

3rd promise
"We will not keep your order or backorder for more than a month"
Lie, I had to be the one to e mail them back after the item arrived to check on my status. It took over a month for them to reply back
only to tell me that the order got lost and could not be processed and they offered a store cupon bacause the
item got "sold out" and was no longer available by the time they reply back.

Since then I've been trying to
tell them I just want my money back and not a coupon and up to
this day they haven't reply any of my e mails or calls.
