I too have been hooked into this company, I didn't see the small small print at the very bottom saying further items would be sent and charged for on a monthly basis. I have tried ringing to speak to the customer complaint team, but it wont recocnise my phone number as I ordered via the internet so then cut me off. I have tried cancelling on the net and it wont let you. I am trying to cancel via the bank but they are not too happy as I ordered it. I am at a loss and added to that the stuff they sent is rubbish
