Contacted by a person stating her name was Adrian Griffin, with American Title and that she was hired to close on the WorldMark timeshare that I was selling to an individual in PA. After fulfilling all the items that she requested, and finding a legitimate license for this company in Florida. Was told that a certified check would be delivered on Saturday to finalize the sale. Never got the check nor the paperwork, and when I tried calling the number that I had for them it just rings and goes to voice mail.
