The sum of $1920.00 was for the tax clearance fee (non residents), because this draw was held in the united kingdom. His tax officer is Mrs. Suzan Harris at 5 Clendon Way, London United Kingdom. SE18 7DR.

My husband passed away on July 9 and as far as I know he had never entered any sweepstakes drawings.
