Two orders, April & May from this company were seized by Customs & Excise who took months to send the notice. Although the company were notified with a copy of the notice they have declined to reimburse the losses. They are a cheating company and people should be aware that they are known to Customs and Excise so it is very risky to order anything from them. I understood from the Regulations that I was within my rights to import 200 cigarettes without interfernce from C & E. But apparently this is not the case. So, people, do be wary.
