This man named John Parker from Nigeria wanted to start a relationship with me. He told me he worked in the oil field in Nigeria and he had a 4 million dollar check that he could not cash and he wanted me to send him 400.00 dollars so he could come back to the states and he would marry me. I am having a hard time believing his story, and I think he is trying to scam me for money. Can you please help.
