A foreign rep. Called stating i had applied for a gov. Grant and it would be $3.87 to receive info and application... Gave me a confirmation ID #, customer service # 1-800-558-0062.. Yet not to receive any info. So i used a prepaid credit card being skeptical so they couldnt apply anything else. But money is money..$3.87 adds up!!
