Miscellaneous

I placed an order for an HTC One X on 26th August at a total cost of £295.24. The item was showing as in stock and ready to be dispatched. At the time of placing this order the company looked perfectly legit, with plenty of positive customer reviews. I arrived at eMag Tech's site after doing a search for the product on Google Shopper.

The day after I placed my order, I received an email from an eMag Tech employee - Michael Richards - with bank account details so I could pay for my purchase via CHAPS. I did so that night, and received an update on my order status (from Pending to Processing).

One month later - and following three unanswered emails requesting an order update - I still have no response from the company and no product.

I only wish I had found this website before I had placed my order - I worked overtime to save money to buy this phone and now it looks like I have been robbed by a bunch of filthy thieving con artists.

I plan to follow others' advice on here to try and get my money back. Good luck to others in the same boat.
