Miscellaneous

I subscribed for the IMwithJamie 12 week Coaching program on August 14, for the initial cost of $234.00, and then a monthly fee of $197.00/monthly, with the promise of a 30 day satisfaction or full money back guarantee.
The next day I watched the first webinar and was totally disappointed with his content so I wrote support asking for a refund. I got the go-around with several back-and-forth emails, and continued to insist on a refund but could not get it. So I called my credit card provider on August 23rd and filed a dispute so they reversed the charges.
Then my computer crashed and I lost all data all emails and software, thus had no way to contact them any further.
Then on Sept. 20th my credit card provider rebilled me because I could not prove in writing that I cancelled and did not receive the vendor's services.
I've tried to contact his support system support@champsites.com but had mo response yet.
I do not know how to get a resolution from Jamie Lewis...
I got no product, no service, and lost $234.00.
Do not fall for this fluff coaching system and empty promises and phony guarantee
