I do not recall asking for any transaction through paypal and skype. I wish this to be cancelled and any money refunded.

I have NO recollection of agreeing to confirmation of any such transaction or even requesting anything from either skype OR paypal and feel this has been a scam or an error somewhere in their systems. I await any clarification as to the institution of any such transaction.
