Pop up on computer appeared detailing channel 4 report on the benefits of Acia berry supplement and lifecleanse. It discussed how effective they were for weight loss and also for giving energy. I checked the channel 4 link and it seemed bona fida. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and so was keen to sign up for the free trial in the hope that they would help. I have not received the free sample and have had £86 taken from my credit card account. I have contacted berri supreme by phone and email without success. MBNA staff very helpful and have said that they will recover money as goods not received and will stop further payments.
Have since done more research online and realize that this is an old scam which was reported on in USA in 2010. Can't believe I was scammed but then I am no different to anyone else!
