Hi there, I would like to warn anybody out there considering doing any type of business with this company.
They can be found on all the China trade sites, Alibaba, China.com etc.
I purchased a G1 wireless alarm system and a wired (adapter cord) PIR against my better judgement but they seemed very professional and transparent.
I was dealing with a lady named Joyce whom was very persistent in her following up so after about a month and a bit I got the payment instructions which were a bit confusing, the first payment method was a T/T bank account info addressed in Hong Kong and the second was a Western Union account in China.
I received the items at least, I am lost for words with the products they sent, the PIR didn't work at all and it didn't look like the one advertised on their web page.
The G1 alarm system when programmed to English would keep changing back to Russian, I have to say it really looks good though and was well packaged.
I emailed Joyce back several times to explain what was wrong with the products and took photos and got back " I see it look a bit different" and " Get an iPhone app to program the alarm system" when it comes with a keypad and not only that but you can program via sms text message.
I think if those aren't going to work an app isn't and no mention of a replacement or refund.
I have several wireless alarm systems that are way cheaper and I have been looking around as I run a small business I hadn't come across this model and I guess that's why.
Total crap except packaging.
