I responded to an ad for a 21 day supply at 14.95. I was assured that nothing further was required of me. I told the sales person on the phone that if this would require me to subsequently cancel anything, that I was not interested. She informed me that I was under no obligation to do anything further. I then noticed my account was deducted for 95.92. I called to inform them that I did not agree to this. They have no record of the order, yet I received said product and my account was deducted 95.92, when I was assured it would only cost me 14.95.
