Over the last six months I have had three generators sent to me from an original purchase of one that lasted a month, replaced with another at a reduced price which lasted five weeks which was replaced by a third which lasted a month. All three blew up. They helped me with the cost of the last one but upon contacted them again about the last one the manager told me that he could not help me and that I should have bought another brand because these were Chinese made. This Generator type was advertised as Commercial grade. It was suggested to me that I could send it back and have it looked at but that he could not supply me another because he no longer supplied this Item but I still see them for sale on Ebay. The reason I bought the second one was the cost of sending it to them and back was more than half the price of a new one, which blew up, as did the third. Freight costs are in total $140.00 to have the item sent back and forth. I have been told that I am on my own with this matter. I live in outback Australia and I need light domestic generator power at night for lights and TV. Only
