Does not answer calls or return email about cancelation

Tried calling wakanetwork.com to cancel whatever they talked aboutt, but was put on hold for over 15 minutes and does not response to email - (emails do not go though.) so there is something diffently wrong with this company. They lie about the full details - each time i call or email - no one answers. Sorry there are companies like this to ripoff honest folks - thank you
