On 09/13 I went on computer as it was loading a ad came up from RegCure Pro came up I think it was part of AOL (not sure) well like a cat I was curious and called them, RegCure. No
infomation yet was given. Told to hold on and I was transfer to Advance Tech Support. They explained it was a virus and trouble shooter for computer, any problems it would fix it. So
they would give me a free scan to see what is wrong with PC. But first I will be transfer to
SafeCart for billing information. I said that I did not want to buy, they said not to worry I
will not be billed. So I gave info they wanted
It was tolded to me that it can be paided 2 or
3 payments. So they said do not touch pc cause
they will be working on it. They will control it and would shut off pc. But all night till next morning, 10:30 or later I see pc is still
on as if nothing happen. So I call the number 1-800-978-4501. I explain that pc was frozen I
could not use pc. After 10 or 15 minutes being
on hold, they said it was not finish, mind u it
was only take 1 to 2 hours. So again aqll day went by, come back to pc same thing pc in same
spot, again I call this time after few hours I
was told fixed. But had so much trouble on it,
so one tech helped me as much as he could, but
I was not satisfied. Then behave and behold the
AT&T company call me the next day Sunday said
if I had trouble for few days and I said yes. I
was told that the AT&T CO. Had trouble with the
cable and they were sorry.in other words not my pc wrong but cable from AT&T. Mean while I
was charged $290.00 out of my citibank card no
permission from me to do it. Found out when I
looked at my web site for citibank I was short
the money. I emailed them but nothing has been
done.in beginning I said to the first agent I
spoke, I'm disable Vet handicap on disability,
and 65 years old he said don't worry nothing will be done. Yea rite! I do not know which of the 4 owe me but somebody scamed me out of my
money. Can you help thie fool old man?
