He did the same thing to me last 09/20. The same email that he sent to me and how it goes. We were hoping for 2 pug puppies. First he asked 8,000php for the two puppies, after that the pet relocator that they said who will deliver our dog asked again for 20,000php for the insurance of the puppies before they deliver, they said that it was a refundable fee. And then they called me they were laughing. I could not understand them so well. The next day again they called me although we all knew that they were scum and saying that the puppies will be delivered to our house. 5:45pm the pet relocator email me saying that the female puppy is sick so they cannot deliver them until they can't have the vaccine. Again they're asking for another charge for 5,500php.
