We have not received any documentation on a trip we paid for August 8th of this year. Trip is to take place on October 1. Had already filed with BBB and responses were not accurate that Elite Cruise Options stated, they were false in terms of stating they had communicated with us and the date of delivery of said documentation of trip was 9/13 -that did not happen and then another date of 9/19. This was gross negligence on their part by falsifying info that never happened. To date we have not received any documentation in regards to this trip.
