Late July l sent off for a trial Dead sea beauty kit costing £3.95. Which l received, and l thought that was the end of it. However today l received my bank statement that had been debited with the amount of £59.95, l was shocked and amazed as l had not received anything more from them. L then tried looking for an email or address in order to contact them, nowhere is this information given. Then l found a complaint site, which brought up a square box to fill in, which l did, but do not think it has gone through, as nothing happened, when l pressed the key to send it. L am a Senior Citizen with only a state pension to live on. Please is there any way you can help me to get my money back.
