I saw an ad for a car online for a 2003 Honda Accord Lx and I decided to purchase the vehicle. I was told that there would be a payment arrangement set up through EBay Motors and Financial Department. So I sent them $500 with a fee of $43. I have not heard anything from them since September 9. I was trying to receive a refund.
