I have received several notifications that I have won several thousands of dollars and each time a demand is made for USD25.00. I wrote to them ststing that if I had won as they stated they could deduct the USD 25 from my winnings and send me a bank chek for the remainder. Needless to sy I have heard nothing since except further notifications that I have won the latest being a total of USD21,000.00 If this is a scam why do not the authorities investigate and then shut it down and prosecute those responsible. We might just bring all these scams originating inUSA to the notice of the President, cataloging all the mail received and forwarding details to the White House. I have not subscribed as I suspected this was a scas to persuade a donation of $25 for no return. These pariahs prey on the impoverished and the gullible and should be stopped
