I did not buy the upsell because i wanted to evaluate the product. As a result even though i was given the user name and password to get into the members area, their software was designed not to let me in. It asked for my email address and password. It did not ask for the user name. Nevertheless no combination would get me in so i gues you'll lose your money if you don't buy the upsell.
