This person is wanting to purchase my car with money sent to my Pay Pal account. However, Before I can receive the money I am to send him $700.00 in order to complete the transaction. His email contains the Pay Pal company and the president of security David Marcus.in order for this to go through he is to pick up the money from Western Union. I know this a scam by Dia McLaughlin, 3322 Poe Ave., Cleveland, OH 44109. He will pick up the money at Western Union and I receive nothing.
