Used a false email pretending to be a friend who won a lottery. Stated I can win too if I contacted that person. It follow suit with asking me to sending 3, ooo dollars to get into the pool. He has beern cntacting msny deraf sdenior citizens pretending to be a lottery place. The perwon himself is also deaf. I can tell by the ooor English way he writes as I am deaf myself.
