Got the address for this internet based courier group from jobcentre website, applied for it online, with joining fee of £70 - approx £115 dollars, supposedly refundable if not satisfied, got a text to my mobile confirming i had been accepted and to wait to be called for courier jobs. After two weeks still had recieved no work for them, so made an initial enquiry, about a refund, got no response, so then after 6 weeks wait i sent them another email, requesting a full refund, and complete disattisfaction with their lack of communication, amd customer service, basically accused them of scamming and threatened to rteport them to trading standard. Got an email finally basically offering me a refund by email another address within their network, and also taking exception to me accusing them of scamming.
So i emailed the new address and lo and behold, an automated response stating that they have a large ammount of refund claims and it will take time to process, etc, and here i am nearly 3 months later still waiting for my refund. Have only just chased this matter up again as have been ofline for a month, and unwell, have emailed them them today demanding to know when i am going to get my refund and got the same automated response again so i am reporting them for scamming wherever i can
