I recently signed up to ziinga, My first bid I won a phone, i thought was wonderful, weeks later I asked where and when thje product would arrive. Apparently they had no more of that model, I was offered another choice, It was sent, that was good, though the phone does not work, It has many problems. I have not been able to login to my account for weeks, I have had online chat with no help to correct the problem, I cannot get through on the ph number given, and now have have more money taken out of my account, there was no reason for this. There was a fee to sign up which I did not realise untill to late, of $88.99. This was an absolute waist of money, I won the first bid as i said, after that it was impossible.
