We ordered the NuWave PIC - Buy-one - get-one.
We paid an outrageous $109.85 for shipping.
However, we received only one PIC, and were told that the other PIC and two other items were on backorder, and would be delivered to us as soon as they back in stock.
We have not heard anything for the last three months, so we called up and asked for our missing items (they still sell these products online and via TV ads). We were told that we can have them, but need to pay another $45.85 for shipping of the backordered items.
Nowhere in the original bill and letter re. Backorder status was anything mentioned that we have to pay again for S H.
Searching the net, it seems quite common for this company to do this scam.
