I received a letter from FAA stating that I had won over $2,000, 000.00. If I send $20.00 by check, they will deliver my winnings by special bonded courier. I am disabled and basically homebound and have several medical and pharmacutical bills. I live on a very small disability and every penny is accounted for. That $20.00 was taken away from my grocery budget. I really needed that money! How do they sleep at night knowing that they steal from the disabled and elderly.
