I ordered a flower basket for a funeral. I asked the woman I spoke with if it was a good size basket because I did not want to order anything small and she said it was not small.
When I arrived at the funeralhome, I could not believe what they had sent! My daughter took pictures and I called justflowers right away, and sent them the pictures, they said they would call the shop who made it on Monday, (9/17). When I talked to them on Monday, they said they would only refund 10.00
The basket was very tiny and didn't look anything like what they show on their web page.
